Return and Refund Eligibility
Products marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. For returnable products, refunds are applicable only if the item arrives damaged or expired at the time of delivery. Customers must inspect the product immediately upon receipt and report any damage or expiry within 48 hours.
Verification Process
All return requests for damaged or expired products will undergo a thorough verification process. ETABX reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the claim, including physical inspection and documentation review. Refunds will be processed only if the fault is confirmed to be on ETABX’s side after investigation.
Refund Process and Timeline
Once verified, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. ETABX will notify customers of refund status and any additional information required.
Non-Returnable Items
Medicines and OTC products classified as non-returnable include but are not limited to intimate hygiene products, personal care items, and digitally delivered products. Custom or specialized prescription medicines may also be non-returnable due to regulatory compliance.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure proper handling and storage of products after delivery to avoid damage. Return requests for reasons other than damage or expiry may not be accepted.
Right to Reject Return
ETABX reserves the right to reject refund or return requests if the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or if terms of sale are violated.
