Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of confirmation. Orders received after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
ETABX offers multiple shipping options including standard delivery, expedited shipping, and same-day delivery in select locations. Delivery times vary based on the location and shipping method chosen:
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Same-day Delivery: Available only in select urban areas
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and order value. We offer free delivery on orders above a specific amount, details of which are provided at checkout. For orders below the threshold, standard shipping charges apply and are clearly displayed before payment.
International Shipping
Currently, ETABX ships within India only. International shipping options may be available upon request, with additional charges and customs procedures applicable.
Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment status online through our courier partners. ETABX is committed to providing updates on your order status until delivery is completed.
Damaged or Lost Goods
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or lost, please contact our customer support promptly at support@etabx.com or +91-89253 22230. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our refund policy.
