AboutAcepara SP Tablet is a combination pain reliever containing Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase for pain, inflammation, and swelling management.Usage Instructions: Take after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole with water. Use lowest effective dose for shortest duration. Do not exceed prescribed dose.Benefits: Relieves pain and inflammation, reduces swelling, treats muscle pain, joint pain, post-operative pain, triple action formula for comprehensive relief.How it Works: Aceclofenac inhibits COX enzymes reducing prostaglandin synthesis.
