AboutAlger LM Tablet is a combination of Levocetirizine (antihistamine) and Montelukast (leukotriene receptor antagonist) used to treat allergic rhinitis, asthma, and allergic skin conditions.Usage Instructions: Take once daily in the evening, with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew. Take at the same time each day for consistent relief. Continue as prescribed even if symptoms improve.Benefits: Relieves allergic rhinitis symptoms (sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, itchy/watery eyes), treats chronic urticaria (hives), manages mild to moderate asthma as add-on therapy, reduces allergic skin reactions and itching.How it Works: Levocetirizine blocks H1 histamine receptors, preventing histamine-mediated allergic symptoms. Montelukast blocks leukotriene receptors (CysLT1), inhibiting inflammatory mediators that cause bronchoconstriction, mucus secretion, and allergic inflammation.Side Effects: Common: drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain.
