Benefits: Helps thin and loosen thick mucus, promotes its expulsion and widens the airways to ease breathing during respiratory infections or bronchitis.
How it Works: Ambroxol acts as a mucolytic, guaiphenesin as an expectorant and terbutaline as a bronchodilator, together reducing mucus viscosity, improving clearance and relaxing airway muscles.
Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, tremor, palpitations, headache or nervousness may occur; severe breathing difficulty or allergic reactions need urgent attention.
