About: Amlozaar H Tablet 15's is a triple-combination antihypertensive containing losartan, amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide, used in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with fewer agents.
Usage Instructions: Take the tablet once daily with water, preferably at the same time each day, with or without food, following your doctor’s prescription.
Benefits: Provides strong blood pressure reduction by combining vasodilation, renin–angiotensin system blockade and mild diuresis, thereby lowering cardiovascular risk.
How it Works: Losartan blocks angiotensin II receptors to prevent vasoconstriction, amlodipine relaxes blood vessels via calcium channel blockade and hydrochlorothiazide increases excretion of water and salt, together reducing blood volume and vascular resistance.
Side Effects: Dizziness, low blood pressure, ankle swelling, increased urination, electrolyte imbalance or kidney function changes may occur; severe reactions need prompt medical assessment.
