Angispan TR 6.5mg Capsule 30's
Prescription drug
About: Angispan TR 6.5mg Capsule is a sustained‑release anti‑anginal capsule containing nitroglycerin (glyceryl trinitrate), used to prevent episodes of angina pectoris in patients with coronary artery disease.
Usage Instructions: Swallow the capsule whole with water as prescribed, usually at fixed intervals; do not crush or chew and follow the exact dosing schedule recommended by your cardiologist.
Benefits: Helps reduce frequency and severity of angina attacks, improves exercise tolerance and decreases the workload on the heart.
How it Works: Nitroglycerin releases nitric oxide, causing dilation of veins and arteries, reducing preload and afterload and improving blood and oxygen supply to the heart muscle.
Side Effects: Headache, dizziness, flushing, low blood pressure, rapid heartbeat or fainting can occur, especially when starting therapy or increasing dose.
Safety Advice: Use strictly under medical supervision; avoid concomitant use with phosphodiesterase‑5 inhibitors (e.g., sildenafil) due to severe hypotension risk and rise slowly from sitting or lying positions.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, light and moisture; keep capsules tightly closed and out of children’s reach.
