About: Aortel End 12.5mg Tablet contains nebivolol, a beta‑1 selective blocker with vasodilating properties, used to treat high blood pressure and sometimes heart failure as per physician guidance.
Usage Instructions: Take the tablet once daily at the same time each day with water, with or without food, exactly as prescribed; do not stop suddenly.
Benefits: Helps lower blood pressure, improves heart function in selected patients and reduces long‑term cardiovascular risk when combined with lifestyle changes.
How it Works: Nebivolol blocks beta‑1 adrenergic receptors in the heart, reducing heart rate and cardiac output, and also enhances nitric oxide‑mediated vasodilation, lowering peripheral resistance.
Side Effects: Fatigue, dizziness, slow heartbeat, headache or gastrointestinal discomfort may occur; severe bradycardia, hypotension or bronchospasm require urgent medical care.
Safety Advice: Use under medical supervision; caution in asthma, heart block, severe heart failure, diabetes and peripheral vascular disease; avoid abrupt withdrawal and consult in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place away from light and moisture; keep the strip out of reach of children.
