About: Aortel LN Tablet is a combination antihypertensive containing nebivolol and losartan, used in adults whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by single‑drug therapy.
Usage Instructions: Take the tablet once daily with water, with or without food, at the same time each day as directed by your doctor; do not change the dose without advice.
Benefits: Provides complementary blood pressure reduction by combining beta‑blockade with renin–angiotensin system inhibition, helping reduce cardiovascular risk.
How it Works: Nebivolol reduces heart rate and cardiac output and causes nitric oxide‑mediated vasodilation, while losartan blocks angiotensin II receptors, preventing vasoconstriction and aldosterone release.
Side Effects: Dizziness, fatigue, slow pulse, low blood pressure, high potassium or kidney function changes may occur and should be monitored.
Safety Advice: Use only under medical supervision; caution in asthma, heart block, kidney impairment, electrolyte imbalance and pregnancy; regular monitoring of blood pressure, renal function and electrolytes is recommended.
Storage: Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture; keep the strip away from children.
