AboutAXPERO 5mg Tablet contains Axitinib 5mg, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor for treating advanced renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer).Usage Instructions: Take twice daily approximately 12 hours apart, with food. Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew. Take at same times each day.Benefits: Treats advanced kidney cancer, inhibits tumor growth, blocks angiogenesis, extends progression-free survival, targeted cancer therapy.How it Works: Axitinib selectively inhibits VEGF receptors (VEGFR-1, 2, 3), blocking tumor blood vessel formation and starving cancer cells of oxygen and nutrients.Side Effects: Hypertension, diarrhea, fatigue, decreased appetite, nausea, dysphonia, hand-foot syndrome, weight loss, hypothyroidism.Safety Advice: Monitor blood pressure regularly. Inform doctor of bleeding disorders, liver disease, or thyroid problems. Avoid grapefruit. May impair wound healing; discontinue before surgery. Not for use in pregnancy.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep in original packaging.
