AboutBepirex Eye Drops contain brimonidine, an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist used to lower elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It helps prevent optic nerve damage and vision loss associated with glaucoma.Usage InstructionsInstill one drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily (approximately 12 hours apart), or as directed by ophthalmologist. Wash hands before use.
