AboutBilasha M Tablet combines Bilastine and Montelukast for treating allergic rhinitis, asthma, and allergic conditions with dual mechanism action.Usage Instructions: Take once daily on empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after food). Swallow whole with water.
