AboutBILAZIC M Tablet is a combination of Bilastine 20mg and Montelukast 10mg for treating allergic conditions including allergic rhinitis and asthma.Usage Instructions: Take once daily in the evening or as prescribed. Swallow whole with water. Can be taken with or without food. Avoid grapefruit juice.Benefits: Relieves allergy symptoms, reduces sneezing and runny nose, improves breathing, treats nasal congestion, controls allergic reactions, dual action formula.How it Works: Bilastine blocks histamine H1 receptors reducing allergy symptoms; Montelukast blocks leukotriene receptors reducing inflammation and bronchoconstriction.Side Effects: Headache, dizziness, dry mouth, fatigue, nausea, somnolence, palpitations.Safety Advice: Take on empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after food) for best absorption.
