About: Cabor 0.5 Tablet contains Cabergoline 0.5mg, a dopamine agonist for treating hyperprolactinemia and inhibiting lactation.Usage Instructions: Take as prescribed, usually once or twice weekly. Swallow whole with water. Take with food to reduce nausea. Do not exceed recommended dose.Benefits: Treats high prolactin levels, stops breast milk production, treats prolactin-secreting tumors, restores menstrual cycles, improves fertility in hyperprolactinemia.How it Works: Stimulates dopamine D2 receptors in pituitary, inhibiting prolactin secretion; reduces prolactinoma size in pituitary tumors.Side Effects: Nausea, headache, dizziness, fatigue, constipation, abdominal pain, rare: valvular heart disease (high doses), psychiatric symptoms, hypotension.Safety Advice: Not for pregnancy-induced lactation suppression (risk of stroke).
