AboutCipzox Tablet is a combination medicine used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and muscle spasm. It should be used only in the prescribed dose.Usage InstructionsTake with food and water to reduce stomach irritation. Swallow whole and do not exceed the prescribed duration. Avoid taking additional paracetamol or pain medicines unless approved.BenefitsMay relieve musculoskeletal pain, stiffness, inflammation and discomfort associated with muscle spasm.How it WorksDiclofenac reduces the production of pain- and inflammation-causing substances. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever. Chlorzoxazone acts centrally to help relax painful muscle spasm.Side EffectsIndigestion, nausea, stomach pain, diarrhoea, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness or dry mouth may occur. Seek urgent care for black stools, vomiting blood, breathing difficulty, severe rash or yellowing of the skin.Safety AdvicePrescription medicine. Avoid alcohol and driving if drowsy. Tell the doctor about ulcers, liver, kidney or heart disease, asthma triggered by painkillers, pregnancy, breastfeeding and blood-thinning medicines.
