About: Clopivas 75mg Tablet contains Clopidogrel, an antiplatelet agent used to prevent heart attacks and strokes in cardiovascular disease.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Take at same time each day for best results.Benefits: Prevents blood clots, reduces risk of heart attack and stroke, improves blood flow in peripheral artery disease.How it Works: Irreversibly blocks ADP receptors on platelets, preventing platelet aggregation and thrombus formation.Side Effects: Bleeding, bruising, nosebleeds, headache, dizziness, diarrhea, rash, rare: severe bleeding, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura.Safety Advice: Inform doctor before surgery or dental procedures.
