AboutCoriminic LS Drop 15ML is a pediatric cough syrup containing Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol, and Guaifenesin used to treat cough with mucus in children.Usage Instructions: Give as directed by pediatrician based on child's age and weight. Use provided measuring cup or dropper for accurate dosing. May be given with or without food. Do not exceed recommended dose or frequency. Do not use for more than 5-7 days without medical advice. Shake well before each use.Benefits: Relieves cough with mucus (productive cough), thins and loosens mucus (ambroxol, guaifenesin), opens airways and reduces bronchospasm (levosalbutol), reduces chest congestion, improves breathing in bronchitis and asthma, makes coughing more effective to clear mucus.How it Works: Levosalbutamol is a beta-2 agonist that relaxes bronchial smooth muscle, opening airways. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that breaks down mucus structure and stimulates surfactant production. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that increases respiratory tract fluid, thinning mucus and making it easier to cough up. Combined action provides bronchodilation, mucolysis, and expectoration.Side Effects: Common: nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, tremor, palpitations, dry mouth. Rare: severe allergic reactions, paradoxical bronchospasm, severe dizziness, rapid heartbeat.Safety Advice: Do not exceed recommended dose. Use caution in children with heart disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, or seizures. May cause drowsiness or dizziness; avoid activities requiring alertness. Inform doctor of persistent cough (>1 week), fever, rash, or worsening breathing. Not for children under 2 years without medical advice.
