About: Crevil 50mg Tablet contains Levocetirizine 50mg (note: this appears to be an error - standard dose is 5mg), an antihistamine for treating allergic conditions.Usage Instructions: Take one tablet once daily, preferably in evening. Swallow whole with water. Can be taken with or without food. Take consistently at same time.Benefits: Relieves allergic rhinitis symptoms, treats chronic urticaria, reduces itching and hives, minimal sedation, once-daily dosing, long-lasting effect.How it Works: Selectively blocks peripheral H1 histamine receptors, preventing histamine-mediated allergic symptoms like itching, sneezing, rhinorrhea, and watery eyes.Side Effects: Drowsiness (less than first-generation), dry mouth, fatigue, headache, dizziness, GI upset, rare: hypersensitivity reactions, urinary retention.Safety Advice: Use caution when driving initially.
