AboutDapavel L 10/5mg Tablet is a combination antidiabetic medication containing Dapagliflozin and Linagliptin for Type 2 diabetes management.Usage Instructions: Take once daily in the morning with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Do not skip doses.Benefits: Effectively lowers blood sugar, reduces HbA1c, promotes weight loss, protects kidneys, lowers cardiovascular risk.How it Works: Dapagliflozin blocks glucose reabsorption in kidneys (SGLT2 inhibitor); Linagliptin enhances insulin secretion and reduces glucagon (DPP-4 inhibitor).Side Effects: Urinary tract infections, genital infections, increased urination, thirst, nausea, hypoglycemia (with other diabetes meds).Safety Advice: Monitor blood sugar regularly. Stay hydrated. Inform doctor of kidney problems or recurrent UTIs. Not for Type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Discontinue before surgery.Storage: Store below 30°C in a dry place.
