AboutDEZLORID Tablet contains Desloratadine, a second-generation antihistamine for relieving allergy symptoms including sneezing, runny nose, and itching.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Can be taken at any time of day.Benefits: Relieves allergic rhinitis symptoms, reduces sneezing and runny nose, alleviates itching and watery eyes, treats chronic urticaria, non-drowsy formula.How it Works: Desloratadine selectively blocks peripheral H1 receptors, preventing histamine-mediated allergic responses without crossing blood-brain barrier significantly.Side Effects: Headache, dry mouth, fatigue, dizziness, nausea (rare).
