AboutDorvisa T Eye Drops is a combination medication containing dorzolamide (carbonic anhydrase inhibitor) and timolol (beta-blocker) used to lower elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension when monotherapy is insufficient.Usage InstructionsInstill one drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily (morning and evening), or as directed by ophthalmologist. Wash hands before use. Avoid touching dropper tip to eye. Do not wear contact lenses during treatment.Benefits- Dual mechanism for enhanced pressure reduction- Convenient twice-daily dosing- Effective when single agents are inadequate- Helps prevent glaucoma progressionHow it WorksDorzolamide reduces aqueous humor production by inhibiting carbonic anhydrase.
