AboutDynapar SP Tablet is a combination of Diclofenac 50mg, Paracetamol 325mg, and Serratiopeptidase 10mg used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing in musculoskeletal conditions.Usage Instructions: Take one tablet 2-3 times daily after meals, or as directed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Take with food to reduce stomach upset. Do not exceed recommended dose. Triple action provides comprehensive pain and inflammation relief.Side Effects: Common: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, heartburn, dizziness, headache, rash. Serious: stomach ulcers/bleeding, liver toxicity, kidney impairment, cardiovascular events (heart attack, stroke), severe skin reactions, bronchospasm in aspirin-sensitive asthmatics.Safety Advice: Take with food to reduce GI upset. Avoid alcohol. Contraindicated in active peptic ulcer, severe heart/kidney/liver disease, or aspirin/NSAID allergy. Use caution in elderly, hypertension, or cardiovascular disease.
