AboutEmpanorm M 25/1000 is a prescription combination tablet containing Empagliflozin and Metformin. It is used with diet and exercise to control blood glucose in adults with Type 2 diabetes.Usage InstructionsTake with food exactly as prescribed. Swallow whole with water if the product is modified release.
