AboutEmpaverse SM 10/100/1000 Tablet is a triple combination of Empagliflozin 10mg, Sitagliptin 100mg, and Metformin 1000mg used to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus when dual therapy is inadequate.Usage Instructions: Take twice daily with meals, or as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew (extended release). Take consistently at the same time(s) daily with food to reduce GI upset.
