About: Endobloc T Kit is used for medical management of endometriosis and abnormal uterine bleeding containing Tranexamic Acid.Usage Instructions: Take as prescribed during menstruation. Swallow whole with water. Do not exceed recommended dose or duration.Benefits: Reduces heavy menstrual bleeding, controls endometriosis symptoms, decreases blood loss, improves quality of life.How it Works: Tranexamic Acid inhibits fibrinolysis by blocking plasminogen activation, stabilizing blood clots and reducing bleeding.Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, muscle cramps, rare: thromboembolism, vision changes.Safety Advice: Not for use in active thrombosis or history of blood clots.
