AboutEnoxvus 60MG PFS Injection contains Enoxaparin Sodium, a low molecular weight heparin used to prevent and treat blood clots in veins.Usage Instructions: Given by subcutaneous injection as directed by your physician. Usually once or twice daily. Inject into fatty tissue of abdomen or thigh, rotating sites.Benefits: Prevents and treats deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), prevents clots after orthopedic or abdominal surgery, used in unstable angina and heart attack.How it Works: Enoxaparin binds to antithrombin III, accelerating inhibition of clotting factors Xa and IIa, preventing clot formation and extension.Side Effects: Common: injection site reactions, bleeding, bruising. Serious: major bleeding, thrombocytopenia, elevated liver enzymes, allergic reactions, osteoporosis with long-term use.Safety Advice: Monitor bleeding signs. Avoid NSAIDs and other anticoagulants. Use caution in kidney impairment. Not for epidural/spinal anesthesia without proper timing. Regular platelet monitoring advised.Storage: Store below 25°C. Do not freeze. Protect from light. Keep needle cover on until use.
