About: Erdoair 100mg+300mg Tablet combines Erdosteine and Theophylline for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and respiratory conditions with excessive mucus.Usage Instructions: Take as prescribed, usually twice daily after meals. Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew. Take consistently at same times.Benefits: Reduces mucus viscosity, improves breathing, treats COPD symptoms, reduces cough and breathlessness, bronchodilation, easier expectoration.How it Works: Erdosteine is a mucolytic that breaks disulfide bonds in mucus making it thinner; Theophylline is a bronchodilator that relaxes airway smooth muscles improving airflow.Side Effects: Nausea, headache, palpitations, tremor, insomnia, GI upset, nervousness, rare: arrhythmias, seizures (theophylline toxicity).Safety Advice: Monitor theophylline levels.
