About: Eseon DSR Capsule combines Esomeprazole (PPI) and Domperidone SR (prokinetic) for treating GERD with dyspepsia.Usage Instructions: Take once daily 1 hour before breakfast. Swallow sustained-release capsule whole; do not crush or chew. Take on empty stomach.Benefits: Treats acid reflux with nausea/vomiting, improves gastric emptying, reduces heartburn and bloating, treats functional dyspepsia, dual-action therapy.How it Works: Esomeprazole reduces acid production; Domperidone blocks dopamine receptors enhancing gastric motility and accelerating gastric emptying.Side Effects: Headache, diarrhea, dry mouth, abdominal cramps, galactorrhea (rare), QT prolongation (rare), extrapyramidal symptoms (rare).Safety Advice: Not for GI obstruction or perforation.
