AboutESORA DSR Capsule is a combination of Esomeprazole 40mg and Domperidone 30mg for treating GERD, acidity, and gastric motility disorders.Usage Instructions: Take once daily before breakfast. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Take on empty stomach for best results.Benefits: Reduces stomach acid, treats GERD, relieves heartburn, improves gastric motility, reduces nausea and vomiting, heals esophageal erosions.How it Works: Esomeprazole inhibits proton pump reducing acid secretion; Domperidone blocks dopamine receptors enhancing gastric emptying and reducing nausea.Side Effects: Headache, diarrhea, dry mouth, abdominal pain, dizziness, fatigue, galactorrhea (rare), QT prolongation.Safety Advice: Take before meals.
