About: Femisetron Tablet contains Ondansetron or similar 5-HT3 antagonist for treating nausea and vomiting in women.Usage Instructions: Take as prescribed, usually 1-2 times daily. Swallow whole with water. Can be taken with or without food. Take 30 minutes before meals if for nausea prevention.Benefits: Prevents and treats nausea and vomiting, effective in pregnancy morning sickness (under medical supervision), post-operative nausea, chemotherapy-induced nausea.How it Works: Blocks serotonin 5-HT3 receptors in GI tract and CNS, preventing nausea and vomiting reflex.Side Effects: Headache, constipation, dizziness, fatigue, dry mouth, rare: QT prolongation, serotonin syndrome, allergic reactions.Safety Advice: Use caution in cardiac conditions (QT prolongation). Not for pregnancy without medical advice. Avoid with other QT-prolonging drugs. Use caution in liver disease.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture.
