About:
Fexid XT Tablet is an iron, folate and vitamin B12 supplement used to help manage or prevent iron deficiency anaemia and support red blood cell production. It combines iron, zinc, folic acid and methylcobalamin to improve energy levels, immunity and overall wellbeing in people with low haemoglobin or increased nutritional needs (such as pregnancy or chronic illness).
Usage Instructions Take the tablet by mouth with water, preferably after food to minimise gastric discomfort, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Swallow whole without crushing or chewing and follow the dosage schedule prescribed by your doctor.
Benefits Helps correct iron deficiency and improve haemoglobin levels, reducing tiredness, weakness and fatigue. Supports healthy red blood cell formation, immune function and normal neurological function through folic acid, zinc and methylcobalamin.
How it Works Elemental iron replenishes body iron stores and supports haemoglobin synthesis, improving oxygen transport in the blood. Folic acid and methylcobalamin aid DNA synthesis and healthy red blood cell formation, while zinc supports immune and tissue repair functions.
Side Effects Common side effects may include nausea, abdominal discomfort, constipation or dark stools, which are usually mild and temporary. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience severe stomach pain, vomiting, allergic reactions or persistent diarrhoea.
Safety Advice Use under medical supervision in pregnancy, breastfeeding, kidney or liver disease, or in patients on other iron or vitamin supplements to avoid overdose. Keep out of reach of children and do not exceed the recommended dose to prevent iron toxicity.
Storage Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and keep the tablets in the original blister pack.
