AboutFingomod Capsule contains Fingolimod, a sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor modulator for treating relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS).Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Continue as prescribed long-term. Do not stop abruptly.Benefits: Reduces MS relapse frequency, slows disease progression, decreases CNS inflammation, oral administration, disease-modifying therapy.How it Works: Fingolimod traps lymphocytes in lymph nodes, preventing them from entering CNS and causing inflammatory damage in MS.Side Effects: Headache, flu-like symptoms, diarrhea, back pain, cough, rare: bradycardia, liver enzyme elevation, macular edema, infections.Safety Advice: Requires first-dose monitoring (heart rate).
