About: Flexace P Tablet combines Aceclofenac and Paracetamol for treating pain and inflammation in musculoskeletal conditions.Usage Instructions: Take one tablet twice daily after meals. Swallow whole with water. Do not take on empty stomach. Use lowest effective dose for shortest duration.Benefits: Relieves pain and inflammation, treats osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, reduces fever, effective in muscle and joint pain.How it Works: Aceclofenac inhibits COX enzymes reducing prostaglandin synthesis; Paracetamol acts centrally inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in CNS.Side Effects: Nausea, epigastric pain, diarrhea, dizziness, elevated liver enzymes, rare: GI bleeding, hepatotoxicity, severe skin reactions.Safety Advice: Take with food. Avoid alcohol. Use caution in peptic ulcer, liver/kidney disease, cardiovascular disease. Not for long-term use without monitoring.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep in original blister pack.
