About: Flunit 10 Tablet contains Flunarizine 10mg, a calcium channel blocker for migraine prophylaxis.Usage Instructions: Take one tablet once daily at bedtime. Swallow whole with water. Continue for several months as prescribed for migraine prevention.Benefits: Reduces migraine frequency and severity, prevents vestibular migraine, treats vertigo, improves quality of life in chronic migraineurs, once-daily dosing.How it Works: Blocks voltage-dependent calcium channels, prevents vasoconstriction, stabilizes neuronal membranes, reduces cortical spreading depression.Side Effects: Drowsiness, weight gain, fatigue, depression, extrapyramidal symptoms (long-term use), dry mouth, GI upset, rare: parkinsonism.Safety Advice: Not for acute migraine attacks.
