About: Fluxcare Syrup contains Fluconazole, an oral antifungal medication for treating systemic and localized fungal infections.Usage Instructions: Take as prescribed by doctor. Shake well before use. Measure dose with provided cup. Complete full course even if symptoms improve.Benefits: Treats vaginal candidiasis, oral thrush, esophageal candidiasis, systemic fungal infections, prevents fungal infections in immunocompromised patients.How it Works: Fluconazole inhibits fungal cytochrome P450 enzyme 14-alpha-demethylase, disrupting ergosterol synthesis in fungal cell membrane leading to cell death.Side Effects: Nausea, headache, abdominal pain, diarrhea, rash, elevated liver enzymes, rare: severe skin reactions, hepatotoxicity, QT prolongation.Safety Advice: Monitor liver function in prolonged therapy. Use caution in liver/kidney disease. Avoid in pregnancy (first trimester). May interact with many medications (warfarin, statins, etc.).Storage: Store below 25°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
