AboutGemiclop CV 10 Tablet is a combination of Clopidogrel 75mg, Aspirin 75mg, and Rosuvastatin 10mg used to prevent heart attack, stroke, and cardiovascular events in high-risk patients with coronary artery disease.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at the same time, with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush, chew, or open. Take with food to reduce stomach upset. Continue even if feeling well. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice. Take consistently at the same time daily.Benefits: Provides comprehensive cardiovascular protection with triple therapy, prevents blood clot formation (dual antiplatelet), lowers LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, raises HDL cholesterol, reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, and cardiovascular death, prevents stent thrombosis after coronary stenting, manages acute coronary syndrome, stabilizes atherosclerotic plaques, reduces need for multiple pills and improves compliance. How it Works: Clopidogrel irreversibly blocks P2Y12 ADP receptors on platelets. Aspirin irreversibly inhibits COX-1 in platelets, blocking thromboxane A2. Dual antiplatelet therapy prevents platelet aggregation and thrombus formation. Rosuvastatin inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, reducing cholesterol synthesis and upregulating LDL receptors. Also has pleiotropic effects: stabilizes plaques, reduces inflammation, improves endothelial function. Combined action addresses thrombosis and dyslipidemia.Side Effects: Common: bleeding (nosebleeds, gum bleeding, bruising), headache, dizziness, nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, muscle pain, weakness, diarrhea, rash. Serious: major bleeding (GI, intracranial), stomach ulcers/bleeding, rhabdomyolysis (severe muscle breakdown), liver damage, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, severe allergic reactions, diabetes onset, bronchospasm in aspirin-sensitive asthmatics.Safety Advice: Significantly increased bleeding risk; avoid high-risk activities. Inform all healthcare providers you are on this medication. Do not discontinue abruptly (especially after stenting). Monitor liver enzymes and CK regularly. Report unexplained muscle pain, weakness, dark urine, or yellowing of eyes immediately. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice. Use gastroprotection if high GI bleeding risk. Avoid concomitant NSAIDs, other antiplatelets, or anticoagulants unless essential. Avoid omeprazole/esomeprazole. Contraindicated in active bleeding, severe liver disease, or pregnancy. Report unusual bleeding, black stools, severe腹痛, muscle symptoms, or jaundice.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep in original packaging. Keep out of reach of children.
