AboutGemidipine 10 Tablet contains Cilnidipine 10mg, a calcium channel blocker used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and provide cardiovascular protection.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at the same time, with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Continue even if feeling well. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice. Dual blockade provides superior blood pressure control and organ protection.Side Effects: Common: headache, dizziness, flushing, peripheral edema (ankle swelling), palpitations, fatigue, nausea, constipation, gingival hyperplasia. Serious: severe hypotension, angina exacerbation, myocardial infarction (rare), arrhythmias, severe allergic reactions, liver dysfunction.Safety Advice: Use caution in elderly, liver disease, or heart failure. May cause dizziness; avoid driving initially. Monitor blood pressure regularly. Inform doctor of chest pain, irregular heartbeat, severe dizziness, or swelling.
