About: Glimidot M1 Tablet combines Glimepiride 1mg and Metformin for treating type 2 diabetes mellitus.Usage Instructions: Take once or twice daily with meals. Swallow whole with water. Do not skip meals to avoid hypoglycemia. Take consistently at same times.Benefits: Improves glycemic control, reduces HbA1c, enhances insulin secretion, decreases hepatic glucose production, treats type 2 diabetes effectively.How it Works: Glimepiride stimulates insulin release from pancreas; Metformin reduces hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.Side Effects: Hypoglycemia, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, metallic taste, weight gain (glimepiride), rare: lactic acidosis.Safety Advice: Monitor blood glucose regularly. Take with meals. Use caution in kidney/liver disease. Risk of lactic acidosis with Metformin. Discontinue before contrast procedures.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place.
