Glimy M2 Tablet is an oral antidiabetic medicine used in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus when lifestyle changes and single‑drug therapy do not provide adequate control. It contains glimepiride and metformin, offering dual action on insulin secretion and insulin sensitivity.
