About: Gosita 100mg Tablet is an oral antidiabetic medicine related to the DPP‑4 inhibitor class (similar to Gosita 50 Tablet) used to manage type 2 diabetes. It helps control blood sugar in adults when diet and exercise are insufficient, alone or with other antidiabetics.
Usage Instructions: Take once daily at the same time each day, with or without food, as directed by the physician.
Benefits: Improves post‑meal and fasting glucose, can be combined with metformin, SGLT2 inhibitors or insulin to enhance glycaemic control.
How it Works: Enhances incretin action, increasing insulin release in response to meals and reducing hepatic glucose production without causing significant weight gain.
