AboutHuston Syrup is an antacid and digestive aid containing Aluminum Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide, and Simethicone used to relieve acidity, heartburn, gas, and indigestion.Usage Instructions: Take 1-2 teaspoonfuls (5-10ml) after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by your doctor. Shake well before use. May be taken with or without water. Do not exceed recommended dose. Separate from other medications by 2 hours.Benefits: Provides rapid relief from acidity, heartburn, acid reflux, and indigestion. Serious: severe or persistent constipation/diarrhea, electrolyte imbalance, hypermagnesemia (in kidney disease), aluminum toxicity with long-term use, phosphate depletion.Safety Advice: Use caution in kidney disease (risk of aluminum/magnesium accumulation). Long-term use may cause phosphate deficiency. Separate from antibiotics, iron, thyroid medications, and bisphosphonates by 2-4 hours. Not for long-term use without medical supervision.
