AboutIpralungs Respules is a nebulisation medicine used to relieve wheezing, cough, shortness of breath, and chest tightness in asthma, bronchitis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Usage Instructions: Use only with a nebuliser as prescribed. Twist open one respule, place contents in the nebuliser chamber, and inhale the mist through the mouthpiece. Do not swallow or inject.Benefits: Helps open airways; Relieves wheezing and breathlessness; Supports easier breathing in asthma and COPD.How it Works: Levosalbutamol relaxes airway muscles through beta receptors, while ipratropium reduces airway tightening by blocking muscarinic receptors.Side Effects: Dry mouth, throat irritation, cough, headache, tremor, palpitations, dizziness, or nausea may occur.Safety Advice: Not a substitute for emergency medical care in severe attacks. Inform the doctor about heart disease, glaucoma, prostate problems, or thyroid disease. Avoid getting mist into the eyes.Storage: Store below 25°C, protected from light.
