AboutIR FZ Tablet is an iron supplement containing ferrous ascorbate, folic acid, and zinc, used to treat and prevent iron deficiency anemia and nutritional deficiencies, especially during pregnancy and lactation.Usage InstructionsTake one tablet daily or as prescribed by your doctor, preferably after meals to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole with water.
