AboutJardix M 12.5 Tablet is a combination antihypertensive medication containing Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. It is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) when single medication is insufficient.Usage InstructionsTake as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water. Can be taken with or without food. Take at the same time each day.
