AboutKreawin 10000 Capsule contains high-dose Biotin (Vitamin B7) 10,000mcg for supporting hair growth, nail strength, and skin health.Usage Instructions: Take one capsule daily with water. Can be taken with or without food. Continue for 3-6 months for best results.
