Prescription drug
Manufacturer / Marketer : ENTOD SPLTY
About: Lacryl Ultra Eye Drops 10ml is a lubricating eye solution used to relieve symptoms of dry eyes such as burning, irritation, and discomfort, by providing long-lasting moisture and protection to the eye surface.
Usage Instructions: Instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye(s), usually 1–2 drops as directed by an eye-care professional; avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface and wait several minutes before using other eye medications.
Benefits: Helps lubricate and moisturise dry eyes, forms a protective film over the cornea, reduces friction between eyelid and eye surface, and alleviates burning or gritty sensations caused by environmental factors or reduced tear production.
How it Works: Contains polyethylene glycol 0.4% w/v and propylene glycol 0.3% w/v, which act as tear substitutes to retain moisture on the eye surface and stabilise the tear film for improved comfort.
Side Effects: Possible side effects include mild eye irritation, transient burning, redness, or blurred vision; discontinue use and consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
Safety Advice: For ophthalmic use only; do not use if allergic to any ingredient, avoid driving or operating machinery immediately after instillation if vision is temporarily blurred, and consult a doctor before use in pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if using other eye medicines.
Storage: Store below 25°C, protect from light, keep the bottle tightly closed, and do not use after the expiry date; keep out of reach of children.
