AboutLENTYKINE 4mg Tablet contains Lenvatinib 4mg, a multi-kinase inhibitor for treating differentiated thyroid cancer and advanced renal cell carcinoma.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at same time each day, with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew. Continue as prescribed.Benefits: Treats thyroid cancer, inhibits tumor growth, blocks angiogenesis, extends progression-free survival, treats advanced kidney cancer.How it Works: Lenvatinib inhibits multiple receptor tyrosine kinases (VEGFR 1-3, FGFR 1-4, PDGFR, RET, KIT), blocking tumor blood vessel formation and cancer cell proliferation.Side Effects: Hypertension, fatigue, diarrhea, decreased appetite, weight loss, nausea, stomatitis, headache, proteinuria, palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia.Safety Advice: Monitor blood pressure and protein in urine regularly.
