About: LNDE T Tablet combines Levonorgestrel and Tranexamic Acid for treating heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia).Usage Instructions: Take as prescribed, typically during menstruation. Swallow whole with water. Do not exceed recommended dose or duration.Benefits: Reduces heavy menstrual bleeding, controls menorrhagia, decreases blood loss, improves quality of life, hormonal regulation with antifibrinolytic action.How it Works: Levonorgestrel regulates endometrial growth; Tranexamic Acid inhibits fibrinolysis by blocking plasminogen activation, stabilizing clots.Side Effects: Nausea, headache, breast tenderness, mood changes, thromboembolism risk (rare), visual disturbances, GI upset, menstrual irregularities.Safety Advice: Contraindicated in active thrombosis, history of blood clots, severe kidney disease.
