Lokelma Powder 5 g (sodium zirconium cyclosilicate) is an oral potassium‑binding agent used to treat hyperkalaemia (high blood potassium levels) in adults. It binds potassium in the gut, helping lower and maintain normal serum potassium.
Usage Instructions Empty the contents of the sachet into a glass of water, stir well and drink immediately; do not take the powder dry. The starting and maintenance doses (for example, 10 g three times daily for correction, followed by 5–10 g once daily) must be strictly as prescribed by the treating physician.
