AboutLUTS T 2.5 Tablet is a combination of Alfuzosin 10mg and Tadalafil 2.5mg for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with erectile dysfunction.Usage Instructions: Take once daily after same meal each day. Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew. Continue as prescribed for best results.Benefits: Improves urinary symptoms of BPH, treats erectile dysfunction, enhances quality of life, dual action on prostate and sexual function.How it Works: Alfuzosin relaxes smooth muscle in prostate and bladder neck improving urine flow; Tadalafil inhibits PDE5 enhancing blood flow to penis.Side Effects: Dizziness, headache, fatigue, nasal congestion, flushing, back pain, dyspepsia, hypotension, priapism (rare).Safety Advice: Take after food to reduce dizziness.
